For Treating ailments take 4 drops 1 to 3 times a day with water, milk or juice or put 4 drops under the tongue and let stay for 15 – 30 seconds and then drink a glass of water, milk or juice. During treatment of ailments repeat, as many days as you feel you need to. For preventative usage take 4 drops once a day with water, milk, juice or under the tongue. Take it for two weeks and then stop for two weeks, then repeat the process.
